Shandong Senter Electronic Co., Ltd. is a leader manufacturer for both copper and fiber testers in China and engaged in the development, manufacture and distribution of telecommunication test instruments & solutions. Our company is located in New & Hi-Tech Area, Zibo City, Shandong Province, which is in the east of China. Senter was built in 1996. We have more than 16 years' experience in developing and researching telecom maintenance and testing sets. Our company has been approved as Hi-Tech enterprise in 1999. Our company has passed ISO9001 International Quality System Approval in June, 2000, and the authentication of software enterprise by Chinese Information Industry government in 2002. Postdoctoral scientific research workstation was built in 2002, and helps Senter to create more advanced technology projects. During the ten years development, Senter obtained 27 items of China National Patents. In 2000, we passed ISO9001 International Quality System Approval, and all our products have passed the checking and testing of Chinese professional checking department. In 2001, we were approved as the New & Hi-Tech enterprise by Shandong Science and Technology Office In 2002, we set up postdoctoral scientific research workstation approved by Chinese ministry of personnel. In 2003, we researched China's first ADSL Tester, and the project was included in the national Torch Project. In 2004, we were approved as software enterprise by Shandong Science and Technology Office, and we have 12 software with copyright registered. In 2005, China's first XDSL Tester with Wince system was produced by us. And same year our company was authorized with honorary title - "One of the top 10 private industrial enterprise". In 2006, we got third class qualification of Chinese computer system integration. In 2006, our company got 0.5 million yuan (support fund) from Science and Technology Department. In 2007, we obtained more than 50 items of China National Patents, and 3 items in the advanced level in China. 2008, registered capital reached up to RMB 10 million;"High growth medium-sized and small enterprises baesd on science" by Zibo Management Committee of High Tech Industrial Development Area. 2009,our company is verified as "high-tech enterprise" by Shandong Science and Technology Bureau, Provincial Department of Finance, Provincial national taxation bureau and Provincial local taxation bureau;our company is verified as "Innovation growth enterprise" by Zibo city people's government. 2010, the first company enter into "Zibo information industrial park", new reseach and production base covering 20000 square meter is in the construction. In 2011, Our VDSL based on Android system lauched and make great sales in markets. In 2012,SENTERwere appointed as supplier of CHina Telecom for fiber optic product 2013,our sale vaue more than 10million. The main customers of Senter are China Telecom, China Netcom and China Tietong, Telefoniaca in Spain,Brazil, UNE in Colimbia,Singtel, AT&T, Italia Telecom,Franch Telecom,Orange and so on. For overseas markets, Senter provides testing sets to telecoms, both famous manufacturers and distribution agents from the USA, UK, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, South Africa, Brazil, Spain, Italy and other countries and regions.
